For roles in data classification and AI training, YETY acts as your direct employer and contractual partner.
You will work as an employed freelancer (local or remote) under Paraguayan and international law,
benefiting from social protection, transparent pay, and ethical work standards.
Recruitment & Compliance for External Projects
For other activities – such as chat moderation, click work, content creation, or platform operations –
YETY functions as a recruiting, vetting, and compliance partner.
In these cases, your service contract is signed directly with the platform operator or agency,
while YETY manages KYC checks, compliance onboarding, and background verification on behalf of that partner.

Job Description
As a Data Classifier (m/f/d) you play a key role in our shared mission:
to transform the chat, dating, and entertainment sectors into a lawful, fair, and transparent digital market.
You will work remotely as part of the YETY team and contribute to the classification of millions of chat messages, texts, or images — under strict PhoenixX AI Ethics, GDPR, and Swiss Governance Standards.
Your results flow directly into the PhoenixX AI Datapool, an ethically verified dataset used for research, training, and licensing.
What You’ll Do
- Data Intelligence: Classify text, image, or chat data based on semantic, emotional, and legal criteria.
- AI Ethics: Work responsibly at the intersection of human meaning and machine learning.
- Compliance: Follow strict AI governance, privacy, and quality assurance standards.
- Quality: Ensure only accurate and ethically verified data enters AI systems.
Your Salary & Benefits at YETY
You are paid on an hourly basis, with clear rates depending on experience, language, and project complexity.
Typical range: €12 – €25 per hour (gross).
Payments are made directly by YETY Agency E.A.S.
